Primary market sales rose even as listings fell
The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 3,613 homes sold in the Primary market in the three months ending July 31, 2026, up 6.7%, even as new listings dropped 5%. Demand is still showing up. Fewer fresh listings can make timing and pricing matter more.
DOTW Buy Box is moving more homes with less inventory
In the three months ending July 31, 2026, this market sold more homes than a year ago while the number of homes for sale actually fell.
